During Small Group Time, the children will be learning the Jolly Phonics action rhymes for c, k, e and h. They will be using play dough to make the letters and trying to remember the action rhymes.
They will be introduced to 'Siop Teganau' by playing a Welsh lotto game then reading an interactive Welsh book. The children will also be helping to make a large 'Siop Teganau' display to help them remember the new Welsh vocabulary.
In the sand tray, they will be hunting for buried treasure, finding 1p, 2p and 5p coins.
They will be practising their addition by using the shopping lists and the Toy Catalogue to buy toys using 1p pennies then totalling them up. They will also be encouraged to practise 'Ble mae...? when looking for their chosen toys.
In RE, we will be looking at the story of the Good Samaritan and talking about being kind to anyone who needs help.
In the hall, we will be doing Action Kids activities.
