On Monday the eCadets, Miss Williams, Mrs Thomas and our new eParent Rod Harding all got together and discussed using YouTube during lessons. We had a balanced debate and came up with pros and cons. After a lot of discussion we decided to trial having YouTube unblocked for a couple of months but only for KS2; then we will get to together to see if we should keep YouTube unblocked. We plan to change our pupil acceptable use policies and teach children about safe searching on YouTube. Access to YouTube will only be available during lesson times to help with work.
