Welcome back

Welcome back everyone!
We hope you have had a relaxing week off and that you are ready for our new topic 'It's a bug's life'. We will be finding out all about worms during the first two weeks.
We would like to invite you to Nursery and Reception's Sports Day on Thursday 4th June at 10.15am (weather permitting). Friends of Cornist usually serve refreshments during the morning. Please bring a rug or chair to sit on as we only have a couple of benches for you to sit on. The children will be sitting on mats on the opposite side to spectators. We ask that you do not come over to your child as this tends to unsettle them and we find it harder to keep track of who is where. There will be four different races with a number of heats in each before the final 'Under and over' race. Once the result has been announced we will take all the children back into school. Please would nursery parents pick their child up from the usual doors once all the children are in school.
Reminder  Please could you put sun cream on your child before they come to school. All children will need a sun hat.
Let's hope for a dry day!!
